A small patch

[Codename]

This patch will make some small fixes:

- removes magenta background that sometime occurs in skinned mode on startup
- fixes the F6 key 'focus and type' issue
- fixes the navigation through the statuses dropdown list using the arrow keys + pageup and pagedown
- fixes the status list height under Win 2000

Instructions
- make sure that you are running HyperIM 2.12. This patch will not work with other version
- download the attached file, and extract the 2 files in the directory where HyperIM.exe resides
- close HyperIM
- double click the "Run patch" file
- restart HyperIM
- delete the two extra(cted) files. If all is well also delete the backup file HyperIM.exe.bak

Note: this is the same patch I posted a few days ago in the topic about the status list height, so those users who applied that don't need to use this!

Still didn't work for the status list height when using the Look'n feel mode. It's there only when that mode is not checked though. Anyone else having that problem with Win2000, etc.?
